Non-Contract Providers
Not part of Our Provider Network yet?
We understand that our Members may elect to visit providers that are not part of Buckeye Health Plan’s Provider Network. If you are not in-network, you’ll still need to know how to file claims and understand any policies and procedures that may affect you and your Buckeye Health Plan member patients.
Required Registration
To provide services as a Non-Participating Provider, you must be enrolled in the Ohio Medicaid Program, be registered with Buckeye and receive Prior Authorization for any service rendered. If you have questions or need assistance, please call Provider Services at 866.296.8731.
